Join Harris Faulkner and Rick Folbaum today as they give you the latest developments in the case against alleged killer Joran Van Der Sloot. He’s changing his story again, and you won’t believe who’s no longer on his side.

In this photo from the social networking site Orkut.com, a man who was identified by neighbors in Connecticut as Faisal Shahzad, is shown. Shahzad was arrested at a New York airport on charges that he drove a bomb-laden SUV meant to cause a fireball in Times Square, federal authorities said. Shahzad, was taken into custody late Monday by FBI agents and New York Police Department detectives at Kennedy Airport while trying to board a flight to Dubai, according to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and other officials. (AP Photo/Orkut.com)

Faisal Shahzad, the suspected Times Square bomber, will make his second court appearance at noon today.  The federal grand jury has indicted Shahzad on 10 counts, each of which contains a maximum sentence of life.  Find out more about the charges he faces on today’s show.

Finally, we have the latest on the Hardy and Schultz fires in Arizona as well as the tornado that ripped through Montana this weekend.

PLEASE PASS ON TO JON SCOTT THAT THEIR WAS AN OMISSION IN HIS GENERAL PETRAEUS STORY, WHICH WAS AN EXCELLENT PEICE OTHERWISE. HE WAS NOT "LIFEFLIGHTED" TO VANDERBILT HOSPITAL. HE WAS MEDEVACED BY THE CREW THAT PICKED HIM UP IN THE FIELD, TREATED HIM ENROUTE TO BACH HOSPITAL AT FT. CAMPBELL, KEPT THE BLADES TURNING WHILE MYSELF AND THE YOUNG ARMY PHYSICIAN TREATED HIM, THEN FLEW HIM TO VANDERBILT. THEIR WAS NO MENTION OF OUR CREW, AND THE SPECIAL ACTUALLY SHOWED A CIVILIAN LIFE FLIGHT COMPANY....

Another hit for the people of Alabama Gulf Coast. Jimmy Buffett claimed to be putting on a free concert for the People of the Gulf Coast. I tried for 20 minutes to get tickets on line with no luck. Hey I live in Orange Beach. The tickets were given to other people in other states, really no one in this area can get their hands on ticket. Guess what within 10 minutes of tickets being given away for "free" they we on ebay for sale for upwards of$400 dollars. Bad news for locals

I think Mcristal should resign and run for public office as an Republican, he would be able to win the war from the inside. Everyone else in this administration including Biden should get out of the way.

why cover this person. he is a killer. why spend valuable news time on this deadbeat? there is more news worthy for the listeners than any story about this killer.

It is amazing that truth is attacked in Washington DC by both the Right and Left. It is time to close Washington down and start over. It is too corrupt to be repaired. Go McCryster!

I would like to correct Fox's reporting of the tax issue for Gulf Coast folks. Your report says that the IRS will likely tax any payments made by BP. Actually, the IRS can only follow the laws enacted by CONGRESS... so it is Congress that will be taxing the payments (unless they change the law)

A must read letter sent to me by my brother- feel free to share it on air or clip it and paste it to your friends and family. Most likley you will be dsiturbed by it as was I when I read it - CINDY WILLIAMS was appointed by Obama as an Assistant Director for NATIONAL SECURITY in the Congressional Budget Office..... Military Pay This is an Airman's response to Cindy Williams' editorial piece in the Washington Times about MILITARY PAY, it should be printed in all newspapers across America . Ms. Cindy William wrote a piece for the Washington Times denouncing the pay raise(s) coming service members' way this year citing that she stated a 13% wage increase was more than they deserve. A young airman from Hill AFB responds to her article below. He ought to get a bonus for this. "Ms Williams: I just had the pleasure of reading your column, "Our GI's earn enough" and I am a bit confused. Frankly, I'm wondering where this vaunted overpayment is going, because as far as I can tell, it disappears every month between DFAS (The Defense Finance and Accounting Service) and my bank account. Checking my latest earnings statement I see that I make $1,117.80 before taxes per month. After taxes, I take home $874.20. When I run that through the calculator, I come up with an annual salary of $13,413.60 before taxes, and $10,490.40 after. I work in the Air Force Network Control Center where I am part of the team responsible for a 5,000 host computer network. I am involved with infrastructure segments, specifically with Cisco Systems equipment. A quick check under jobs for "Network Technicians" in the Washington , D.C. area reveals a position in my career field, requiring three years experience in my job. Amazingly, this job does NOT pay $13,413.60 a year. No, this job is being offered at $70,000 to $80,000 per annum............ I'm sure you can draw the obvious conclusions. Given the tenor of your column, I would assume that you NEVER had the pleasure of serving your country in her armed forces. Before you take it upon yourself to once more castigate congressional and DOD leadership for attempting to get the families in the military's lowest pay brackets off of WIC and food stamps, I suggest that you join a group of deploying soldiers headed for AFGHANISTAN ; I leave the choice of service branch up to you. Whatever choice you make though, opt for the SIX month rotation: it will guarantee you the longest possible time away from your family and friends, thus giving you full "deployment experience." As your group prepares to board the plane, make sure to note the spouses and children who are saying good-bye to their loved ones. Also take care to note that several families are still unsure of how they'll be able to make ends meet while the primary breadwinner is gone. Obviously they've been squandering the "vast" piles of cash the government has been giving them. Try to deploy over a major holiday; Christmas and Thanksgiving are perennial favorites. And when you're actually over there, sitting in a foxhole, shivering against the cold desert night, and the flight sergeant tells you that there aren't enough people on shift to relieve you for chow, remember this: trade whatever MRE's (meal-ready-to-eat) you manage to get for the tuna noodle casserole or cheese tortellini, and add Tabasco to everything. This gives some flavor. Talk to your loved ones as often as you are permitted; it won't be nearly long enough or often enough, but take what you can get and be thankful for it. You may have picked up on the fact that I disagree with most of the points you present in your open piece. But, tomorrow from KABUL , I will defend to the death your right to say it. You see, I am an American fighting man, a guarantor of your First Amendment right and every other right you cherish...On a daily basis, my brother and sister soldiers worldwide ensure that you and people like you can thumb your collective noses at us, all on a salary that is nothing short of pitiful and under conditions that would make most people cringe. We hemorrhage our best and brightest into the private sector because we can't offer the stability and pay of civilian companies. And you, Ms. Williams, have the gall to say that we make more than we deserve? A1C Michael Bragg, Hill AFB AFNCC IF YOU AGREE, PLEASE PASS THIS ALONG TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE AND SHOW YOUR SUPPORT OF THE AMERICAN FIGHTING MEN AND WOMEN. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

So I saw an email being passed around saying that if 100 million barrells of oil were to spill into the gulf of Mex, which holds 660 quadrillion glns of water, that would be the equivalent of putting 1 millionth of an ounce of oil into an average size bathtub. They sited a comparison of a 1990 spill in the Persian Gulf of 10 times as much oil into a body of water 1/6th the size of the Gulf of Mex. Unesco said it had "little" environmental damage in 1993. Isthis accurate?

All the coverage of a nuclear Iran. That is no different then what Hitler wanted. Germany was buying for time for they were that close to perfecting the atomic bomb on their own. At the end of WW2, with a basic split in the German scientist, both the US ans Russia came out with the ICBM in 1946. As to Iran, the closest they should get to nuclear weapons is seeing a US nuclear submarine parked a hundred miles off their coast.

Why are you reporting Markey's LEAKED BP memo? This LEAKED memo SPECULATES about what the flow from the broken well MIGHT be IF the blowout preventer and other well-head gear were to be removed... The NOTHING has been REMOVED..... You just, sort of SKIPPED OVER these FACTS in your report.... Markey's (who never met a company he didn't despise) intention was to aggrandize himself, while demonizing BP! WHAT WAS YOURS? YELLOW JOURNALISM AT ITS BEST...

The last time we had a tornado hit Billings was in 1958. Our city has about 100,000 people and when folks out there hear the tornado touched down on Main street they might envision a small town street lined with stores. Not so.The arena that was destroyed holds 11,000 people. The PBS Antiques Roadshow was scheduled to be in that arena this Saturday. We are hoping they find a new venue Natl.champion IFL Outlaws played the night before. Playoffs this week? Nobody hurt! This was incredible.

Just a thought. If Tony Haywood wants to go sailing, have him bring his yacht to the gulf and he can race with his buddies. I wonder if the oil would slow him down.

Since Jane Skinner & Harris Faulkner are so out of touch w/reality & they seem to know as much as Chris Wallace, Bill O'Reilly, Kirsten Powers, Judith Miller, Juan Williams, Bob Beckel & Penny Lee. They are also part of the Obama apologist arm of FNC. Ethics aren't in their lives or at FNC. Be very skeptical of these people. What they & what they do, don't match up. That is also known as lying, cheating & stealing. Trust but verify isn't a FNC standard anymore. Ethics are dead at FNC.

Since the feds are not controlling our border is that not the same as not living up to a contract thus voiding that contract and allowing the Arizona government the right to protect themselves?
