Nidal Hasan, the suspected shooter in Thursday's deadly attack at Ft. Hood, is now able to speak to doctors at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio. He's in critical, but stable, condition.
U.S. intelligence officials are saying there is no sign the CIA had any information relevant to this case and sat on it.

I love FOX but I want you guys to stop showing the photo of Hassan in his Army Class A Uniform, he has not earned it. Makes him look like a decorated veteran and he is clearly NOT. There are other photos that you have you could be using. Thank you.
just wanted to remind Fox News that the last "Soldier" to be convicted and sentenced to Death was Akbar (2004? time frame), for tossing a grenade in a tent. Oh and there is another Capital Crime cass pending at Ft. Stewart, set to start in summer 2010.
On the prograqm the Judge, said that either the Military, Feds or state could prosecute this case. When I served, in the 60's, a member of the Armed Forces could be tried by a Military court and a civilian court. Has this changed?
being an Army vet..........you email alkida from a US Army Base and nobody says anything???? The FBI dropped the ball and 13 soldiers are dead!! You can't even email muslim extremists from your own home without an investigation?! Very bad deal and someone has to answer to this!
Direct contact is no longer a prerequisite for terrorist operations. The sites are designed to provide guidance and encouragement to those who seek to conduct violence against the " non believers". The concept of cultivating " low hanging fruit" supporters without having traceable ties back to identified groups has been the objective for these internet forums for several years now.
The "smoking gun" is there! Do not let anyone convince you that without traceable "ties" back to an identified group, this person was not a "true" Terrorist.
The most disturbing information I can tell you is this absolute fact this will not be the last time we see this happen.
Our enemies are watching how we react to this event. They are learning and plotting with each passing day.

The family members of the dead need to sue the US Gov for aiding and abetting this terrorist.

I am a huge fan of FOX News! BUT Why though do your reporters keep asking if the Ft Hood shooter just snapped. He was obviously a terrorist, not someone who just snapped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
