So many stories, so little time! Today we’re bringing you a wide variety of stories to kick off the weekend (oh wait..that’s wishful thinking – one more day to go!) We’ll be covering the latest on the UN staff evacuation in Afghanistan, the matter of 1.8 million in federal stimulus money being spent on Oklahoma River Cruise boats, and an interesting story of a woman who posted photos of herself online and unknowingly became the spokeswoman for diet company.

Jon & Jane will also be conducting a few great interviews regarding the Health Care "House Call" Press Conference that the Republican party is holding at noon. All those stories & more coming up soon…and be sure to let us know how you liked the show after the jump!

i went to earth cam at the Capitol Bldg and it is not available to the public right now. What is happening here?

Where is the rally? Your live stream has no sound. I watch fox news all the time and can't believe that you aren't even splitting the window. Show us the crowd. You are our only hope for coverage that we can trust or have you became a part of the MSM?

I agree with those complaining about not covering the "rally" at the Capitol! It seems we are being abandoned by Fox to cover REAL NEWS. As to Obamacare, I've already had two of my doctors (whom I love and trust) will be closing their practices as they will not work for the government! This is scary as we already have a shortage of doctors in my area. Medicare patients now can't find doctors to take them on as patients! What will happen to us?

It's "NOT HAPPENING NOW"! Is Fox afraid of showing anti Obama news. You have never backed away from covering an important rally before, why now? Show the Rally. It's news happening now! Everything else can be repeated later on tape. The babe is safe. Don't care about the diet woman's pics being stolen. Turning off Fox now. Bye.

I don't know what is wrong with the Fox link, but you can get it live at: http://www.c-span.org/Watch/C-SPAN3_wm.aspx

Why was there NO audio during John Voight speaking? I am not interested in listening to Democrats from the “ways and means” community when Voight / Levin / Bachmann are speaking!

November 5, 2009 at 12:49 pm

What in the world is FOX doing... I had to watch CNN to see the rally in Washington! I can't believe it, one of the most important rallies we have had, and I can't even see it on a station iv'e trusted to bring me "HAPPENING NOW" Now what station can we watch? Thanks Fox news, I missed John Voight, Michelle Bachmann, and now I'm really informed!

I love Fox news but I am so angry that you do not think that a lot of Americans that could not go to Washington today at least wanted to see live coverage. At least more coverage. What is the problem?

November 5, 2009 at 12:29 pm

Where is the streaming video of the Republican House Call? I can't find it on the site anywhere!!

Am I missing something, or will the nationalization of health care eventually lead to all doctors, nurses and healthcare workers becoming government employees? As we know, once your in the government rolls you will likely become unionized. Card Check Anyone. SEIU has got to be drooling in anticipation. Dave From Indiana

I just turned Fox off thanks to Jane's comment about the Republicans working on a Health care bill that is so superior to the Liberal one. Jane's comment was to the effect "why are you wasting your time on this bill instead of trying to reach a compromise with the Liberals! Well Jane you just showed you true colors as at least the Repubs. have put an option out there to the worst bill in the history of Congress--OBAMACARE! Polls show that only 44% of Americans support this travesty.

Insurance companies are making money no matter what health care program is put into place. For example already I have personally had my insurance coverage change the past 2 months. Medications that I used to get regularly and monthly are now being denied and the alternative for meds to be covered is to go generic. The sad part is Lantis insulin is a non generic medication and there are other meds that fall into the same catagory. The consumer needs insurance and yet is being short changed.

As an ObGyn doc trained in Buffalo I have to smile each time I hear "with everyone insured our costs will go down. The poor won't be going to the ER when they have insurance." Medicaid(insured)pts came by ambulance, by taxi (paid by Medicaid) sometimes many times a day to be checked for NON emergency issues. They rarely used the appropriate venues because doctor appointments didn't suit their schedules, they forgot, they didn't want to wait. 1+1 does not = 0
