Cash for Clunkers has broken down! The widespread reception of the program has resulted in an influx of clunkers- with not enough cash to go around. The future of the program is uncertain- we'll speak to one of its sponsors who will be able to tell us if it is headed for the junk heap, or will be revived with some modifications.
